this seems to be fixing the manual mapping issue with the ToolsLoader

Open the Start Menu and click Settings.Go to System > Recovery.Next to Advanced startup, click Restart now.When your PC reboots, click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.Upon restart, a list of options will appear. Press 7 or F7 on your keyboard to Disable driver signature enforcement
